Since Cord does not hold funds, the time it takes for the money to reach your bank account depends entirely on the payment method your client chose.

1. Direct Transfer (SPEI / Wire)

If the client pays you manually by making a bank transfer to the CLABE you placed in the Cord Settings, the money goes directly to your bank immediately. Cord is not in the middle of this transaction. You must log in to Cord and mark the quote as paid.

2. Online Payments (Stripe Connect)

If you activated online payments in Cord and the client pays via card or automatic SPEI, the money enters your connected Stripe account.

• In Mexico, Stripe’s standard payout schedule is typically T+3 to T+7 calendar days, depending on your line of business and the age of your Stripe account.
• Go to your Stripe settings to view your exact deposit schedule.
