Cord operates under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, we do not charge per-transaction fees.

Cord Subscription Model

You pay a monthly fee to access the platform (Free, Starter, Pro, Scale, Developer Plans). This fee includes:

• Quote creation and CRM.
• CFDI 4.0 stamping with the SAT.
• API calls and Artificial Intelligence usage. CFDI or AI overages are charged at a fixed cost per folio/usage depending on your plan.

Processing Fees (Stripe)

Cord uses Stripe Connect to route online payments directly to your bank account. Cord DOES NOT charge you any additional percentage fee. Any transaction that passes through the payment button is exclusively subject to the rates of your own Stripe account (e.g., 3.6% + $3 MXN in Mexico). Stripe deducts this fee directly before depositing to you, not Cord. If you offer manual bank transfer to your customers via Cord, processing that payment is 100% free.
